ansiedad 2Anxiety is the most common problem today. We all have anxiety from time to time. This is very normal because anxiety is an evolutionary and healthy part of us. In its healthy because anxiety alerts us in times of danger and increases our concentration in times of high demand towards us.
If we suffer high anxiety levels over time anxiety becomes a problem which in turn affects other areas of our health such as our sleep, our concentration, our ability to feel pleasure and / or our eating habits within others.
In this workshop we identify sources of anxiety and show very different tools to cope with anxiety crises and lower levels of anxiety in our daily lives.
