MindfulnessMindfulness origins in the practice of meditation. Although today Mindfulness is a cientific and psychologic term free from religious connotations.  Mindfulness means to improve your concentration and keep our atention in the present. Mindfulness means to be at peace with what happens in our life and to exit monotony and automatisms. We do practice with slow and conscious movements, music, relaxations, visualizations and breathing techniques. Cientific studies show the efectiveness of the practice of Mindfulness to reduce anxiety and depession, to improve self- esteem, to strengthen your inmune system, to improve  tolerance of pain and to reduce all types of stress. Enjoy to practice with us in small groups.
Dates: Thursdays from 6-8 pm

depressionLa ansiedad y la depresión son las dos caras de la misma monenda. Ansiedad se crea por un  estrés pronunciado. Cuando el estrés remite puede aparaecer la depresión como el contrapunto de la misma continuidad. La depresión puede estar desencadenada por un acontecimiento como por ejemplo una pérdida. También puede desarrollarse de forma más sutil a lo largo de un tiempo y a base de una cadena de eventos de menor impacto. Una depresión también se puede desarrollar por eventos en edades tempranas y como memorias de nuestro cuerpo. La charla desea dar una visión esperanzada a la depresión y posibles  tratamientos.

vozImparte: Jon del Vas , actor, profesor de voz y tenor ligero El taller se desarrolla según el Método del Profesor Serge Wilfart: Un conjnto de técnicas respiratorias, corporales y vocales permiten destensar toda la parte alta del tronco: mandíbula, cervical y omóplatos y aseguran que “respirar bien nos rejuvenece y sana” Tu voz es una firma muy precisa de cómo respiras, y de cómo eres. Es un hilo sutil entre tu cuerpo y tu esencia. Tirando de este hilo, inicias un viaje interior que te acerca a lo que eres. This technique as easy in its application as fascinating in its efect was developed to relieve people in war zones.

Todays use of TRE extends to vast areas.

The great advantage of TRE is that emotional and physical stress is released, without knowing or getting to know how or why it has been produced.

The exercises can be repeated as needed also at home.

In this workshop we do show the theoretical and practical knowledge to practice TRE also individually or in small specific exercise -groups.
